The "dock party" in Titusville included a lot of family and friends and even a cooperative manatee that stayed dockside the entire time to entertain the kids. The day was
picture perfect with a soft breeze blowing, bright sunlight and temperature in the high seventies. There were balloons, banners and barbecue.
