Jeff Elledge Jeff Elledge is married to wife Cathy and they have two daughters, Jeanie and Maria.  They have lived in Palatka, Florida for the last 18 years.  Jeff and Cathy are avid sailors, sailing their 21 Bayhen and 27 Tristar Trimaran on the St. Johns River, which flows through Palatka. Jeff is now the permitting director of the St. Johns River Water Management District.  He is a civil engineer and has also worked for both government and private consulting firms.  After graduating from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Jeff volunteered in the U.S. Peace Corps in Thailand, where he built rural water supply projects.  So Jeff can come in handy when you want to order food in a Thai restaurant. Jeff has previously crewed on Sea Gem from St. Augustine to Bermuda, Titusville to Isla Muejeres, Marsh Harbor, Bahamas to Titusville and Guatemala to Titusville.  He is looking forward to sailing with Charlie and Saundra from Ecuador to the Marquesas Islands.
